The space
With striking elevated views across to the RWY Marina, the river Tamar and the rolling hills of Cornwall this two bedroom Penthouse loft apartment offers a spacious, homely living (or working) space with everything needed for a short break or a longer stay. Wake up to the gorgeous views, the passing river traffic, the crossing ferries or watch the glorious sunsets after a day’s activities.
If you have a good pair of binoculars, you’ll enjoy the views even more!!
Decorated in a modern style with quality furnishings, this is a very charming apartment retaining the Royal William Yard’s original character. Superbly equipped, features include a comfortable open plan lounge area with smart TV and sofa, dining table with four chairs, and free WiFi.
The spacious bedrooms have a comfortable king size beds, plenty of wardrobe storage space and the ever essential hairdryer.
